Intellectual security and its relationship to social affiliation among university students

The level of intellectual security among university students 1-

 2- The differences in the intellectual security of university students according to specialization (scientific – humanitarian 

   3- The differences in the intellectual security of university students according to gender (males - females)

4- The level of social affiliation among university students

5- ripetition in social affiliation among university students according to specialization (scientific - humanitarian)

6- Differences in social affiliation among university students by gender (males - females)

7- The relationship between intellectual security and social belonging among university students.

   The research was limited to students of the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriyah University for the academic year (2017-2018). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built two measures of social affiliation, and the number of its items in its final form reached (40) items after extracting the psychometric characteristics of its validity , stability, and building a measure of intellectual security, which is in its final form of 56 items, and after analyzing the items logically and statistically, and extracting the psychometric properties of their validity  and stability. The research concluded with the following results

1. University students enjoy a good level of intellectual security

. 2-The existence of differences in intellectual security among university students between males and females, for the benefit of females

3-The existence of differences in the intellectual security of university students omit between the scientific and humanitarian specializations and in the interest of the scientific specialization.

. The members of the research sample have a good level of social affiliation 4

.  5-The existence of differences in social affiliation among university students between males and females, and in the interest of males.

.  6- There are no differences in social affiliation among university students between the scientific and humanitarian disciplines

 .  7- There is a positive relationship between intellectual security and social affiliation among university students
