A guide for authors
Authors ' guidelines for the preparation of manuscripts
Authors must submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's website submission system to the editorial team.
1. Preparation of manuscripts
Manuscripts must be submitted in both Arabic and English . Manuscripts should be written with proper grammar and appropriate terminology. The manuscript must be submitted once to obtain only one identification number. The manuscript should be accompanied by a title page, which includes the title, the name of the author (s) and their affiliation. The author (s) must use the journal template, provided for in this paragraph, to prepare and submit the manuscript. The magazine template can be downloaded from the following links:

1-1: writing English
All publications in JIR are in English. Authors whose first language is not English should make sure that their manuscripts are written in idiomatic English before submitting. Please write your text in English well (American or British usage is acceptable, but not a combination of these two types). Language and copy editing services are not provided by JIR; therefore, authors who feel that their manuscripts may require editing to eliminate possible grammatical or spelling errors, are encouraged to obtain these services before they are provided. The authors are responsible for all costs associated with these services.
1-2: new submissions
Submission to JIR magazine is done entirely online and the authors will be guided step by step through the creation and uploading of manuscript files. As part of the manuscript, authors may choose to submit the manuscript as a single file for use in the arbitration process. This can be a Word document (* .docx), can be used by referees to evaluate the manuscript. It is advisable to include all figures and tables and insert them into the main manuscript file.
1-3: references
The list of references should be presented according to the JIR reference formula in a consistent style. Where applicable, the name (s) of the author (s), the title of the article, the year of publication, the abbreviation of the Journal, the article / chapter / book title, the volume / issue number, page numbering must be present. The use of DOI is strongly encouraged. The author (s) advise using the following link to match references to numeric identifiers using Crossref Metadata search:

1-4: coordination requirements
All manuscripts should contain the basic elements necessary for the transfer of your manuscript, for example, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement, conflict of interest, and references. Please ensure that all figures and tables are included in the main manuscript file. To avoid unnecessary errors, the authors strongly advise using the "spelling check" and "grammar check" of the submitted manuscript.
1-5: presentation and announcement of the manuscript
While submitting a manuscript to JIR, all contributing authors must verify that the manuscript represents an authentic and valid work and that this manuscript or one with substantially similar content has not been published under its authorship or is being considered for publication elsewhere including electronically in the same form in English. All authors agreed to allow the corresponding author to work as a primary correspondent with the editorial office, to review the edited manuscript and proof.
1-6: submission and verification of the manuscript
It is assumed that manuscripts will not be published in advance in hard or electronic copies and are not under consideration by another publisher. Copies of related or potentially duplicated materials (including those with substantially similar content or using the same data) that have been previously published or are under study for another publication must be submitted at the time of transmission via the internet.
2. Structure of the manuscript
The literature of manuscripts and tenses should be organized as a title; abstract; keywords; introduction; materials and methods; results and discussion; conclusion; acknowledgements and references provided in a file of limited size.
2-1: title page
The first page of the manuscript contains the title (capital letters) of the article. The title should be limited to 15 words or less and should not contain abbreviations, followed by a one-line space and the names of all authors (without grades) and their affiliations for correspondence, including the e-mail address of the corresponding author. The first letter of each name and keyword must be capitalized. The title, author's name and affiliation should be concentrated on the width of the writing area.
2-2: title of the manuscript
A title of up to 15 words should not contain the name of the search sites, countries or cities, as well as abbreviations. Avoid complex and technical expressions and do not use ambiguous expressions.
2-3: summary
A summary of 150-250 words explaining the purpose of the study; basic actions; main results; novelty; main discussions and conclusions, should not contain any abbreviations or indefinite references.
2-4: key words
Provide from 4 to 6 keywords that can be used for indexing purposes. Keywords should not repeat the words of the manuscript title or contain abbreviations and should be written in alphabetical order and separated by semicolons. Abbreviations should be specified at the first mention of them and used constantly after that throughout the text.
2-5: introduction
Briefly describe the background of the investigation with the updated information, indicate the object of the study.
2-6: results
Clearly show the results and their significance. Graphs and tables should be self-explanatory. Do not repeat the data presented in the tables in figures or in the text. Tables and figures should be numbered in the order in which they are mentioned in the text.
2-7: discussion
It deals with the critical review and interpretations of the results, and is supported by relevant updated references. Data duplication should be avoided. It should end with brief conclusions. In short Communications, the results and discussion can be combined.
2-8: conclusion
This section should highlight the main proven discoveries and mention the added value of the main result, without literary references.
2-9: thanks and appreciation
Declarations of people, grants, funds, etc.should be placed in a separate section before the list of references. The names of the funded organizations must be written in full. The link of financial support for the study, if any, should be mentioned in this section. Thus, the grant number for financial support should be included.
2.10: conflict of interest
The statement of conflicts of interest in the manuscript should be drawn up as follows: "the authors declare that there is no conflict of interest in connection with the publication of this manuscript".
2-11: references
References to literature [in square brackets] should be numbered successively in the text in the order in which they were first received, and inserted at the end of the manuscript. Journal titles should be abbreviated according to the list of JIR referral styles shown in the examples below. Personal contacts or unpublished data should be mentioned in the text, but not included in the list of references. We usually expect at least 20 to 30 references mainly for journal papers, depending on the length of the paper. The majority of the references mentioned should be recent articles published within the last five years. Quotations from textbooks are rarely used and citations to web pages are avoided. All cited papers should be indicated in the text of the manuscript.
Identifiers identifiers identifiers for references that have been cited are strictly required to include, with the exception of references that do not have DOIs identifiers such as theses, books, reports, etc. IDs-IDs-IDs will help the reader to easily locate a document from your quote. You will always refer to that article, and this is just one. While the web address (URL) may change, the DOI will never change.

Each quote should be written in the order in which it appears in the text in square brackets. For example, the first quote [1], the second quote [2], the third and fourth quote [3, 4].
When citing multiple sources at once , the preferred way is to list each number separately , in its own brackets, using a comma or a dash between the numbers , as follows: [1] ، [3] ، [5] ، or [4 - 8].

2-14: tables
Do not send tables and graphs as images (send tables as editable text, not as images). Tables should be placed inside the text. Use the table function, not spreadsheets, to create tables.
Tables should be placed inside the text and should have a clear and rational structure along with a sequential numerical order. All tables must be numbered (1, 2, 3, etc.). Provide enough information in translation so that each table can be understood without referring to the text (in the text wrap, choose "About" and then specify the position; uncheck the checkbox to navigate with the text).
