Publication ethics
Statement of publication ethics and misconduct:
Publication in the journal requires responsibility and cooperation of all interested parties ( authors, reviewers, editor-in-chief, editors, members of the editorial staff) . The editor-in-chief and editors are responsible for maintaining and monitoring publication ethics and maintaining the academic record. It is the responsibility of the editorial board to check articles that contain false data or plagiarism. The goal of the editorial staff is to maintain publication with the highest publishing standards, which means: good quality, original, research-based articles, but also corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies, if necessary. We value the contributions of each interested party to the work we publish.
Publishing and authorship:
* All submitted research is subject to a rigorous review process by at least two experts from inside and outside Iraq .
* Research is checked before being sent for review first by anti-plagiarism using the third parity program.
* Authors must provide all data sources used in the research.
Duties and responsibilities of publishers
1. JIR is committed to ensuring that editorial decisions regarding the submission of research are final.
2. JIR promises to ensure that the decision on the submission of research is made solely on the basis of professional judgment and will not be influenced by any commercial interests.
3. JIR is committed to maintaining the integrity of academic and research records.
4. JIR monitors the ethics of the editor-in-chief, members of the editorial staff, reviewers, authors and readers.
5.JIR constantly checks for plagiarism and fraudulent data problems involved in the submitted research.
6. JIR is always ready to publish corrections, clarifications and revisions that include its publications when needed.
Duties and responsibilities of editors
1. The editors of the journal must have full authority to reject / accept the research .
2. The editors of the journal must maintain the confidentiality of the submitted research under review and until it is published.
3. The editor-in-chief has to make a decision on the submitted research, whether it is published or not, together with other editors and reviewers.
4. The editors of the journal must maintain the confidentiality of the reviewers.
5. The editors of the journal should disclose and try to avoid any conflicts of interest.
6. The editors of the journal must maintain academic integrity and strive to meet the needs of readers and authors.
7. Journal editors should be willing to investigate plagiarism and fraudulent data issues and be willing to post corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed.
8. The editors of the journal should limit themselves only to intellectual content.
9. The editors of the journal should not disclose any information about the submitted research to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers and publisher, as appropriate.
10. Unpublished materials disclosed in the submitted research will not be used by the editor or members of the editorial board for their own research purposes without the express written consent of the author.
Duties and responsibilities of arbitrators
1. The referees of the journal should assist the editors in making a decision to publish the submitted research.
2. Arbitrators must maintain the confidentiality of the research that they are invited to review.
3. The arbitrators should provide comments in a timely manner to help the editors decide whether to publish the submitted research or not.
4. Reviewers are obliged to treat the research received for peer review as confidential and should not use the information obtained through peer review for personal benefit.
5. The arbitrators ' comments on each research should include technical, professional and objective.
6. Arbitrators should not review research in which they have found a conflict of interest with any authors, companies or institutions.
7. Arbitrators should disclose and try to avoid any conflict of interest.
Duties and responsibilities of authors
1. Research should be submitted and written according to sound rules and appropriate terminology.
2. Research must be submitted to understand that it has not been published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration by another journal published by or any other publisher.
3. The first author is responsible for ensuring that all other co-authors have agreed to publish the research .
4. To maintain a peer review system, authors are required to participate in a peer review process to evaluate research from others.
5. It is also the responsibility of the author to ensure that the research issued by a particular institution is submitted with the necessary approval of the institution.
6. It is required for the submission of research that the authors allow editing the research for easier reading.
7. Authors are required to clearly identify who provided financial support for conducting or preparing research and describe their role in any part of the work.
8. All authors agreed to allow the first author to communicate with the editorial board to review the edited research.
9. When the author (s) discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his published work, it is the author's duty to immediately notify the editor of the journal or the publisher to withdraw or correct the research .
10. All authors should know that the research submitted under review or published with cbej is subject to examination using the plagiarism prevention program. Plagiarism is a serious violation of publishing ethics.
11. All authors should ensure that all authors have read the final submission checklist before sending it to.
Plagiarism policy:
Plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, texts, data and other creative works (such as tables, figures, graphs) and presenting them as authentic research without proper citation. We define plagiarism as a case when a paper reproduces another work with at least 20% similarity and without a quote.
If any evidence of plagiarism is found before the research is accepted or after its publication, the author will be offered an opportunity to object. If the arguments are not satisfactory , the research will be withdrawn and the author will be penalized from publishing papers for a period determined by the investigative body
