Digital Intelligence and its Relationship to Transformational Leadership among Middle School Principals from the Perspective of Their Assistants

The current study aims to know (digital intelligence and its relationship to transformational leadership among middle school principals from the point of view of their assistants). In order to know these goals, the researcher prepared the digital intelligence tool, which consists of (30) paragraphs, and the transformational leadership tool, which consists of (30) paragraphs distributed over four areasIn their final form, and after ensuring that the two tools were constructed, the researcher applied them to the sample of (187) individuals from middle school principals who were chosen from the research community of (362) individuals at a rate of (52%). After ensuring that the application was completed, all the data were entered and analyzed using the computer program (SPSS) The research results showed that the majority of middle school principals possess digital intelligence and transformational leadership, and there is a relationship between the two research variables. The researcher recommended emphasizing the field of digital intelligence and transformational leadership, given their importance in administrative development..(
