:Abstract

      The problem of the current research lies in answering the following question How can the primary school help in developing intellectual security among its students in accordance with the concept of security education? To answer this question, the researcher set the following aim: reaching a theoretical vision for developing intellectual security among primary school students in accordance with the concept of security education. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach. The research reached a number of roles that the researcher believes will help in one way or another in developing intellectual security, and these roles cantered on the role of the teacher, school administration, and school curricula in how to develop intellectual security among students.
